Department of Environmental Science & Technology organized an Industrial visit for the second-semester students consisting of a mixed batch of 26 students from EST + ME on 13th June 2022 to Shubasri Pigments Private Limited at Ankleshwar. Faculty staff members from the department Ms. Divya Lad and Ms. Vanita Patanvadiya accompanied students during the visit. Students of EST and ME were divided into two groups. The working of ETP  plant which was divided into various sections like collection tan, equilization tank, neutralization tank, fenton process unit, bag filters and sludge separation devices were detailed to EST students. The details of boiler working systems and fixing of valves and maintenance of pumps were detailed to Mechanical students. Overall the visit was informative for students. The visit was coordinated by Mr. Kartik S under the guidance of Dr. Pratibha Gautam, Head Department of Environmental Science and Technology.
