Every year UPL University of Sustainable Technology used to celebrate Winstinct in order to improve the mental strength and personality of every young mind belonging to this University. Another more important part of this event is to find out the best players from this University who may also participate in national or international level sports belonging to any particular sport events.

The final day (11th of March) was considered as a judgement day where all the final matches were organized and the Winner list of each sport event were produced.

In those days, we kept in mind the famous quote of our respected and honourable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Damodardas Modi “The image of a country is not just about economic and military strength. The soft face of a country also makes a difference. Sports are one such soft power which can capture the world's attention to India”.
